Welcome to our online dried fruit shop. Before proceeding with a purchase, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute the agreement between you (the customer) and us (the store) regarding purchases made on our site.

1. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions:

By placing an order on our site, you accept and undertake to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the order.

4. Prices and Payments: 

Product prices are indicated in our online store and may be subject to change without notice. All prices are in local currency and include applicable VAT. For order processing, we accept various forms of online payment, including secure and reliable payment methods.


5. Customer Responsibilities:

We strive to provide high quality, carefully packaged products. However, the customer is responsible for providing his Tax Code or VAT number in the case of a company and a name with the correct delivery address and for ensuring that there are people available to receive the package at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to inaccurate shipping information or unavailability at the time of delivery.


6. Product Storage:

Dried fruit is a sensitive food and requires correct storage conditions. We assume no responsibility for poor storage of the products by the customer after delivery. It is advisable to store dried fruit in cool, dry places, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.


7. Consegna cliente privato B2C:

Per garantire la massima qualità e un servizio efficiente, ogni ordine viene gestito con cura e attenzione dal nostro team.

🔹 Preparazione dell'ordine: Ci riserviamo 1-2 giorni lavorativi per preparare il Suo ordine, assicurandoci che i prodotti siano confezionati con la massima freschezza e qualità.

🔹 Tempi di consegna: Una volta affidato il pacco al corriere, la consegna avverrà entro 24-48 ore, a seconda della destinazione.

7. Transport Damage:

If the product arrives damaged due to transport, please report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide you with assistance and instructions to manage the situation.​


8. Returns and Refunds:​ 

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products. We will do our best to resolve any problems or, if necessary, proceed with a return and refund. However, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of already opened food products, unless they are faulty or damaged.


9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. We recommend that you periodically review this page to stay informed of any updates.


10. Applicable Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of Italy in which the shop is registered.
