However, the customer is responsible for providing his Tax Code or VAT number in the case of a company and a name with the correct delivery address and for ensuring that there are people available to receive the package at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any delays, damages or losses due to inaccurate shipping information or unavailability at the time of delivery.
6. Product Storage:
Dried fruit is a sensitive food and requires correct storage conditions. We assume no responsibility for poor storage of the products by the customer after delivery. It is advisable to store dried fruit in cool, dry places, away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

🔹 Preparazione dell'ordine: Ci riserviamo 1-2 giorni lavorativi per preparare il Suo ordine, assicurandoci che i prodotti siano confezionati con la massima freschezza e qualità.
🔹 Tempi di consegna: Una volta affidato il pacco al corriere, la consegna avverrà entro 24-48 ore, a seconda della destinazione.

7. Transport Damage:
If the product arrives damaged due to transport, please report it immediately to the courier and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will provide you with assistance and instructions to manage the situation.
8. Returns and Refunds:
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the products. We will do our best to resolve any problems or, if necessary, proceed with a return and refund. However, for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of already opened food products, unless they are faulty or damaged.
